B2B Dashboard for Thinkific Teams
A team management dashboard that lets companies buy seats, manage learners, and track progress, all from one place.
Built a full B2B product on top of Thinkific. Companies can purchase seats in bulk, assign them to team members, and track learning progress from a single dashboard.
The challenge
Thinkific was built for individual learners. Companies buying training for their teams had no way to manage seats, track progress, or handle bulk purchases. They needed a B2B layer that felt native to the platform.
What I did
- Built a Laravel application that integrates with the Thinkific API to manage team seats and learner progress.
- Designed a clean dashboard where managers can see who has completed courses, who is falling behind, and where to focus.
- Added bulk seat purchasing with Stripe integration so companies can buy and scale teams without manual invoicing.
Outcomes
- ✓ Companies can onboard entire teams in minutes instead of days.
- ✓ Managers get clear visibility into learning progress without logging into each account.
