Therapy Practice Platform

Built a SaaS platform that lets therapy practices manage their online presence, client scheduling, and billing from one place. Multi-tenant architecture running on Hetzner infrastructure.

The challenge

Independent therapists and small practices needed an affordable, professional online presence without enterprise software complexity or cost. Existing solutions were either too expensive or too limited.

What I did

• Designed a multi-tenant Laravel application with tenant isolation and shared infrastructure.
• Used Cloudflare for CDN, DNS, and DDoS protection to keep costs predictable.
• Built on Hetzner infrastructure for reliable performance at SMB-friendly pricing.

Outcomes

• ✓ Practices get a professional platform at a fraction of enterprise software cost.
