Built a suite of apps that fill gaps in the Thinkific ecosystem. From automated invoicing to WooCommerce integration, each app solves a specific problem for course creators.

The challenge

Thinkific covers the basics of online courses, but creators running real businesses need more: proper invoices, WordPress integration, payment options for different markets. The gaps add up fast.

What I did

• Identified the most common pain points by talking to Thinkific creators and reviewing support requests.
• Built each app as a standalone product with its own dashboard, keeping them simple to install and use.
• Focused on reliability: each app handles edge cases like failed payments, refund scenarios, and data sync issues.

Outcomes

• ✓ Creators save hours on manual tasks like invoicing and data entry.
• ✓ Apps handle international payments and tax scenarios that Thinkific alone cannot.
